Residential projects in the Irvine Business Complex (IBC)

There are quite a number of residential projects under construction, approved or under review in the IBC. Looks like Irvine is working to make the IBC a denser live/work area.

Does anyone know what construction is going on in the vacant lot across from The Rinks on Barranca?
