Residential Leasing issue

Have rental property.(Califronia) Signed lease in hand.

No payment sent with lease from out of state.(Washington)

Have emails from others, more then just interested in the property.

Move in Oct. 5

Have tried to get the funds 3 times since lease delivered Sept. 27.

Legal action? Damages? Advice? They won't get keys or access without certified funds at this point.

As long as you don't give them possession, you are fine. Never gives keys until you get certified funds.

They wired money today. Seems they were waiting on his relocation check. We will see what happens...
