Repurposed Sheds!

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
wrong forum for this. it won't fit in most new Irvine homes' yard, unless this is another shot at Irvine and self-promotion for some fringe south county cities, which doesn't surprise me.

:o Wow. You sure do read into things too much, don't you. I thought we already put this subject to bed. You need to build a bridge and get over it. Wrong forum? This is the Owner's Issues board, where a home owner may like to see one idea they can consider. Surely there are some Irvine or O.C. area yards which can hold a shed. It's just a shed, not a guest house. Just because it doesn't apply to you personally doesn't mean it won't apply to someone else. I think it's a really neat idea.  :)

that would be pretty cool. put a window unit AC in there, a mini sectional, the wireless direct tv and me and the dogs are good to go.

Speak for yourself, this baby could fit in my side yard... :)

That's right people, a 9ft side yard in a new Irvine home is *not* an impossibility:

That would also nicely fit our backyard and actually wanted something like that, but its a violation of HOA rules (can't have the shed height taller than the dividing wall).  I would hate to set it up and just have HOA force us to tear it down  :(
