It's probably not a server crash, because those things <em>never</em> happen.

the owner said on laland blog that introduction of complete after sale information had hit their servers hard.

Which is inline to how responsive they are with their clients. I said it once, but I'll say it again...they have a great business model but their customer service is lacking.
