This is probably the best site I have used. Very comprehensive and has a ton of search features.

Seems to be down now. Anyone have any knowledge? The email goes to LiuJian.

I figured most folks on the site would be there everyday. Provides historical info for agents, communities, etc.
 
I fully agree that it is The Best Site Ever but the sad part is it is down since 12/5/07. I sent an email to liujian and got no answer.
