I really do not understand you nor the reasons why you post on TI. Your cryptic posts have become really annoying to say the least. Rather than just posting knowledge like any regular person on this blog, you try to make things secretive, choosing to share info only with a select people that are FORCED to reach out to you.
I admit I was stupid enough to have taken the bite and PMed you twice. Unfortunately you ignored both. After I post on the general chat that you ignored my post twice, you asked to message you on your website. Then the reply I get is that time as elapsed and I cannot get info! Really?? Is the information you provide like a coupon where there is an expiration date? Does something magically happen where you all of a sudden cannot give out information? Does your special information turn back into a pumpkin at the stroke of midnight?
I get it. You want to push your website and attract followers. Honestly, this is no way of doing it. Good luck with your website, but please stop posting more BS here. If we want BS, we will just go to your website.

This is that lot 5 (track 17855) that we were talking about in that other Eastwood thread. That red lot marked above could be as large as 9000 sq.ft. 
This track has some of the best lot within TIC developed community (beside OH of course). Looks very promising.

Ellwood will be all sold before this opens. Why would this be a competition to Ellwood when this will cost 2x as much. Don't you know a triangular lot is terrible feng shui with all those sharp points as well as gridded streets? You must be kidding me that mentioning you would escalate my self esteem. You are trying to monetize your site with paid sponsors. I have been here for almost ten years and how long have you been here? Not very long as I recalled and hid yourself under 4 handles, erased all your posts and all of sudden showed up with a site that builders paid you to set up. You credibility is not only questionable and you have not demonstrated your knowledge and analytical skill to be trustworthy. You are no architect and your opinion is no better than an average Joe off the street. You are here to make some fast bucks and pretend to be a spy with covert access to privilege information when in fact the developers paid you to post them. Your description of the product is written by builder's PR specialist. At least my posted projects is from my own drawings and my own creation.

It appears that even though I am bad at interpreting sarcasm, you are even worse. My comment about being in competition with Ellwood is sarcasm.
Also, I am not sure why people are accusing me of monetizing the site. Ads are banned and I am collecting zero from it...
You are also accusing of me supporting the builders. In fact, they have NO control over me. I think I said this in a past post, so someone must be dyslexic here...
Also, being here longer does not mean that you can push around other users. You are the one who is monetizing, pushing your Ellwood product to everyone on the site to a ridiculous level.

I don't use second Sn. Members know me here by my use of poor grammars and misspellings. Multiple Sn is purposeless for me and easily detectable. I don't need to create a second sn to promote myself. I enjoy my 10 years of track record of both being hated and as well as liked. Some adversaries becoming friends and others continue to despise me. I speak from my heart and never use any filter just to be politically correct. i apologize to you for misinterpreting your Ellwood sarcasm but still stand by that mentioning you is so far from my self esteem. I am not here to compete with what you are doing. i believe it's great that you devoted your time and energy to start something to inform the public. You don't have to worry about me posting similar materials. I am in the early phase of design and visionary planning and years ahead of the final products. i know what the outcome will be in 4 or more years. Your endeavor is much more immediate within a couple of months from the reality. Relax and your expertise is not threaten here. There is no need to be so territorial.

Good idea! The planned public Eastwood floorplan release on the 15th is now only applicable for the website (it will not be filling up space on TI). All other materials will be moved to the website accordingly to make hello happy. Thank you for telling me this!
