I am going to guess in late April (either 26th or 28th) it will be dropped to 510,000 only to be raised to 515,000 on May 8th or 9th

Is the purpose usually just to get more interest in the place? If you are subscribed to an email list from Prudential, for example, you can set it up to notify you whenever there are price changes based on the range of homes you are looking for.



Other than that, I really don't see why this would be changed around so often. Not like they are "legitimately" chasing down the market.
 
Since they vary the last number in the price so much, they should make it Fibonacci number series and really go after the esoteric crowd. Although I don't know how many people in Irvine know what Fibonacci numbers are (certainly the realtards wouldn't), too superficial.
