I am thinking about taking RE broker license exam. According to CA RE Department website, there is a book to study for the exam. I want to get some practice/sample questions of exam. After searching on the internet, I found there are so many companies to offer on-line courses or preparation of the test. I don't want to take any courses (neither need to), just want to get some practice questions/tests, do you happen to know any place /book offer practice questions? Thanks a lot.

Allied Real Estate School has inexpensive courses. If dig up your college transcripts and call the people at Allied, they will tell you which courses you have that qualify for DRE requirements. Then you will need to take the remaining courses before submitting for your license and test at the DRE.

I thought about taking the exam myself five years back - as an attorney I was not required to take any courses, simply pass the exam. If that is still the case, I may just take the exam for the hell of it and get a license. It may come in handy some day.
