Taiko Japanese Restaurant in Irvine (on Jeffery) opened a ramen restaurant in Fountain Valley recently, so we decided to pay them a visit.
We ordered the Naniwa Paitan (ramen with chicken leg), Mazeman (cold noodle), assorted appetizers and cut rolls.
For the soup noodle, the noodle texture is on par with Kitakata Ramen Ban Nai, which gets a thumbs up from me. The chicken leg, however, was dry and meh.

Sesame chicken good, soft bone chicken meh.
Sushi rolls (cut rolls) meh.
