Question on best and reliable way to send money to Hong Kong?

I've been using Western Union ($30) and Bank of America international wire fee ($50) to send money to Hong Kong. I was wondering if any of you found a cheaper and a more reliable company for international money transfers? I've heard some horrible reviews on zoom.com.

I didn't know that Paypal was in the business of international wires. 1.7% fee is not bad at all. I thought they were just a payment method for ebay.
