Quail Hill - Is this price for real?

Whom ever that agent is needs to be shot. They can't even click the check boxes for detailed info, and they can't even input the price correctly. Some people should be banned from the MLS, this is one of them.
 
Judging by the price and the description this is likely an 830 sq. ft. 1 Br. condo that is beat to hell. Not exactly desirable, but depending on how much work it needs it could be close to rental parity.

That looks like someone's outhouse in Oklahoma. Seriously, a deadbeat brother couldn't even do that to a house, it looks like it was built in the early 1900's in Santa Ana, not in Irvine, a city that didn't even exist at the time. I just don't get this one.
 
From the Aerial picture the location is Ivy Wreath built by DR Horton. The pictures are not this project. I am familiar with the floor plan and the spaces depicted do not reflect floor plan.
 
I guess the realtors have a lot of extra time on their hands these days. Could they be having a contest amongst themselves for you can come up with the most f***ed up listing?
