I am planning to move out from my Woodbury home within the next week. Its been a good six years. After months of thought, I have determined that putting the home up for lease would be the better decision than selling it in this market. I was wondering if anyone has any recent experience with leasing their home. How did you advertise and where? How would you know if a potential tenant is qualified (ie credit score, employment history)? Are there agents that would help you through this process? I may be leaving Irvine, but I doubt I will ever be able to leave TalkIrvine.
