PurpleBricks we hardly knew ye.
I was tempted to use them when I sold my HB condo a couple years back, but I decided to go with Redfin's 1% listing fee instead. PB was going to be marginally cheaper I remember, but they had some strict rule about if your property didn't sell in a certain amount of time, you still owed them the fee anyway. Then I read some reviews of PB and didn't feel super confident about them. In the end, Redfin got me an offer above asking within 24 hours, so it wouldn't have mattered anyway. I was seriously considering using PurpleBricks on my next purchase though, just to see what the experience would be like. Oh well...
