We received a Property Owner's Statement of New Construction in the mail because we recently finished landscaping.
1) Upon submission of this form, will I receive an assessment?
2) How accurate does the cost of work need to be? Since the range of contractor rates vary quite a bit, it wouldn't make sense to use a high amount.
3) Should I be concerned with understanding any amounts?
4) What happens if I leave off one of the upgrades? Not sure how specific I need to get with the structural upgrades.
