Anybody think San Diego is going to blow on by the 1977 low?

Will OC look like this next year?

The case-shiller should get to 150 again; might take another year. Watch the interest rates as well. Interest rates back in 77 and 86 were crazy high. Right now they are at record lows. It's all about the timing.

The Case-Shiller is going back to 80 - IMO.
