Could anyone explain the listing price discrepancy on a condo that is listed on both redfin and ziprealty?
MLS#S493538
It is listed at $649,800 on ziprealty (http://www.ziprealty.com/buy_a_home/logged_in/search/home_detail.jsp?listing_num=S493538&page=1&property_type=CONDO&mls=mls_so_cal&cKey=mp3wn2kn&source=SOCALMLS) and $599,800 on redfin (http://www.redfin.com/stingray/do/printable-listing?listing-id=849588). $599,800 for 1700 sqft ($353/sqft), that could be a reasonable price for an end unit built in 2004 and in the Irvine school district. That is if you don't mind living in a condo with no yard and crazy taxes.
I think it's probably a mistake by redfin.
