My personal opinion is that you should wait for Astoria at Central Park West. I hear that once they've finished completion it's going to be just like living in Manhattan.

Off topic... I found this demographic statistic onhttp://www.destinationirvine.com/website before, but i can't seem to find it anymore. It shows the Irvine ethnic demographics in 2009 and their prediction in 2011. It was really weird, the Asian and White population was practically at the same percentage by 2011. I was wondering if they had a made a mistake? Is that realistically possible that by 2011 there is one asian for every white person living in Irvine? AsianInvasion would be so happy.
