Hello,
I thought I'd open up a discussion. Portola Springs or Rancho Mission Viejo...which new home community is better? I run Resort Style Backyards and we've been doing quite a bit of jobs/bids for custom front yards/backyards in Portola Springs and the newly formed Ranch Mission Viejo (off ortega hwy & antonio). I've been getting new buyers asking me on my opinion of the two areas.
In my views, Portola Springs is centrally located however Rancho Mission Viejo is slated for new schools, 14,000 new homes and quite a few shopping centers being planned.
In my views both have their pros and cons. Any insights from any of you fine people would be appreciated.
