Portola Springs land dev North of Bluffs,Hillside and Highland? adjacent to 241?

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Yeah, but Olivewood is similar to Cielo and Azul. You could argue that Olivewood is smaller now that Azul 2X and 3X have become way bigger, but Arbor is way smaller than them. And Arbor is detached condo.

Arbor is even higher and even smaller than Highland. TIC must have finally realized their mistake and tried to correct it with Olivewood by artificially raising it higher than Arbor. If you look at the original topography the land Olivewood is on was at the same level as Arbor.

Here is the original plan for PS.

As you can see the land Arbor & Olivewood currently sit on were meant to have the largest lots. TIC got greedy and wanted to build more units at the higher elevations.

It would have made sense to have the homes at the top to be the biggest on largest lots, just like the TB Skyline and Pinnacle homes at OH Summit. I remember when we were looking at the Highland model homes, I told my wife that it would be nice to live up there on that hill. We had a chance to buy Olivewood phase 1, but unfortunately the lot was too small. And Olivewood didn't have high ceiling either. If only they put Cielo up there instead.
