Plots at Fairhaven

I just talked to my mom, and it turns out that in my recently-departed grandparents' estate are two plots at Fairhaven Memorial in Santa Ana. Apparently my great-grandparents (whose house is still standing on Palmyra in Orange) bought them the plots decades ago. My grandparents wished to be cremated, so the plots will not be used.

Fairhaven will buy them back for 30% of market value, which would be a loss of several thousand dollars. If its not too much hassle, it makes more monetary sense to sell them for close to full market value. At that point Fairhaven only charges $150 to transfer the title.

Does anyone have any advice for selling cemetary plots? They are real estate, after all.

As an aside, when I get a chance I'll be sharing some old photos of Orange and Orange HS (now Chapman U) from my grandparents' days there. They graduated from Orange High in 1948. The yearbook pictures are classic!
 
My mom inherited 10 plots from a crazy uncle and gave them to my brother, who turned around and sold them for $2K each. He advertised in a few obscure publications. But that was before the internet.

BK where are you? We need some of your feng shui advice in this thread. Where, how, and why should someone be buried in the proper feng shui way? If there is someone with ashes, what is the appropriate way to feng shui way to handle this? Inquiring minds want to know...

Eazy-E was a Kelly Park Compton Crip during his teen years, and he openly associated himself with other crips and crip sets. He sold drugs during his early teen years and then parlayed the money he made into a hip hop enterprise
