Please help me choose the right ISP
I am new to Irvine, I was a Voiper, huh!
I am ready to install a new home internet, I really like voip technology, I want to select a low latency network ISP.
In my address (Cypress Village), it seems only install U-Verse & Cox. I'm going to use voip phone at home, I want to select a suitable ISP.
I also saw in the forum related to both the company's information, and some tend to Cox, but I hope that before deciding who can help me do a ping test.
