if you worry about this or that... you will never find a place to stay.  If it does not have any of the above then you will be paying a huge premium.  Pick a place, live there, its about who you live with more than where you live.

Of course but my husband and I always debate on where we should live and I ask him would you rather live near the freeway or on the tce plume. I actually like Woodbridge and he likes Walnut Square. He thinks that the freeway may eventually be better just because of zero emission cars.

Power lines are the only thing on that list for which there is no evidence of harm.

Of course, they still deter future buyers, so houses around them should carry a discount, but at least they won't hurt your family health-wise.
