Have any of you rented out a home to someone with a cat?  Thoughts?  Good/bad?
The cat will be half indoor/half outdoor if it matters

Lots of people are allergic to cats.  Once the cat tenant leaves, it will limit your rental pool.

From what I've seen, half of landlords will allow pets and and half won't.  For me (as a landlord), the nicer the property (upgrade wise) the less inclined I'd be to allowing a renter have a pet.
