I wonder what the charge is if you pee on the floor? The body will argue for you that waste elimination is not a discretionary act.

In Europe you had to pay to use the public restrooms.



It wasn't that bad except for the fact there was an actual attendant who woud take the money and most times it was a female... and she was in the restroom so she can watch whatever you did (which made me wonder if she would add a surcharge if you took longer than normal).

^ That just reminded me of that news story from a while back about the female astronaut who drove 900 miles to confront her love rival... remember, she wore a diaper so she wouldn't have to stop and use the restroom?
