If I remember these homes correctly, the "bungalows" are the ones I visited, but the way their marketing material is presented, they neglect to show you the huge factory a few miles away that is in your ocean view....Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this was the HB development.
The actual homes aren't too bad...oh! and I remember they were kinda close to some trailer parks in the area. Seemed a bit pricey for the location.
