I have one that's stumped me... anyone know where Nectarine Street is in Tustin, 92782? I think some/many of you would have more info than I do on (I'm guessing) new home developments.

It is stumping me too, here is the one I found on RedFin. Me thinks it's really in Columbus Grove.

Necturine runs from Orchild (backing to Jambo / Peters Canyon) to Bonsai in VoC CG on the Warner side of the development. The only development with a Necturine address should be Cantara.

I filed the "informal" review based on values of January 2008, included the requisite 3 comps. The assessment notice I received was EXACTLY what I had determined the value should be. Sheesh, too easy, I should have asked for less.

Good to hear that success is coming. I too got EXACTLY what was requested.

Anyone looking for an adjustment, and still needing comps, my offer still stands.

i have a 2 bed + 1 office/den (room with no door or closet) w/ 3 full bath townhome in woodbury. what comps would i look for with this floorplan? there are very few floorplans so i was looking at 2/3 or 3/3 floorplans. i will obviously go with the lowest, but just wanted to make sure that the comp is legit to use for tax valuation purposes. also, if i understand the process correctly, do i just send in the appeal request first and then submit comps when requested? thanks.
