I can speak for the Sunset Cove ones.

81 Sunset (Plan 1) = Not a Resale (By a Builder) - $1.8 million (no landscape)
103 Sunset (Plan 2) = Not a Resale (By a Builder) - $2.075 million (no landscape)
77 Sunset (Plan 2 ) = Not a Resale (By a Builder) - $1.6 million (no landscape)
83 Sunset (Plan 2) = Not a Resale (By a Builder) - $1.988 million (no landscape)

Resales are (past 6 months):

121 Sunset (Plan 2) = Resale - $1.92 million
113 Sunset (Plan 2) = Resale - $2.599 million
27 Sunset (Plan 4) = Resale - $1.92 million

For which properties?

Example: 121 Sunset closed on phase 1 around $1.48 million + $100k of landscaping, options etc. = $1.58 million and Sold for $1.92 million so some profit ($240k profit after broker fee). 
113 Sunset closed for $1.71 million + $300k for landscaping and other options = $2 million and Sold for $2.6 million which is pretty good profit ($450k profit after broker fee).
27 Sunset closed for probably around $1.8 million with no options and Sold for $1.9 million so broke even or lost a little because it showed so poorly ($0 profit).
51 Quarter Horse = Sold for $1.09 million + $100k landscaping and options = $1.2 million and Sold for $1.449 million so pretty good profit ($180k profit after broker fee).
Capella Homes = Probably Broke Even or slight loss on all resales.

Don't know about others.  Until the neighborhood becomes fully built-out, don't expect to make much of a profit after transaction expenses.
