Will Shea ever sell in OH4?
I'm not sure who is the target clientele. The house is priced at a starting point of $2.7M. But, the HOA is $1,000 per month.
People who buy $5-6M house can probability afford $1,000 per month upkeep. But for Shea price point, it is in the grey area for these folks.

holy! People are sucker for new houses
Alicante model was the only floor plan I liked in Vista due to:
One thing to note about the Aliante is that the driveway is longer because the model has a structural option modeled. If you get it standard, you don't get the long driveway. I will say I prefer the styling of Vista over the Toll Bros options this time around. They seemed to have put more thought into the architectural details. They're more aesthetically pleasing to me. They remind me much more of the non-Irvine Pacific you find in the Groves and the villages of yesteryear when homes weren't just a big box with little exterior detail.Alicante model was the only floor plan I liked in Vista due to:
- longer driveway that seemed to fit about 4 cars.
- the 3 dishwashers across the main and chef’s kitchens made sense.
- Master bath was huge with abundant natural lighting by way of big windows.
- sizeable balcony by the upstairs loft
- Guest suite main entrance at the front flowed better than other Vista models. There was the odd model with the sauna and Pilates room that seemed disjointed from the rest of the home.
- actually prefer the view over Skyline, as Great Park Balloon, cityscapes, and Catalina on a clear day appear closer.
But things I didn’t like about were the small yard compared to the Skyline models, odd side yard that didn’t seem walkable with the labyrinth of fountains, tiny hangout space. Two upstairs bedrooms seemed pretty small.
One of the bathrooms had its closet that was tucked inside to the right, which is crappy for ventilation.
