That community is kind of "gimpy" compared to other Irvine communities. But if you live there, you can use the 2 public access parks in Oak Creek just across the street, and walk to IVC college.
Another is El Camino Real, specifically the part next to the high voltage lines + rail road tracks.
Orangetree's strength is that it is quiet, out-of-the-way yet in the mild of Irvine, and affordable. It’s weakness is that the houses and people are older.
