One Ford Road - Newport Beach

Anyone familiar with, know anything about the history, have any particular opinions on One Ford Road in Newport Beach? The amenities seem as nice as any of the Irvine villages.



Should one have any concerns about the history of the land given there used to be a Ford factory on that land?



What about the builder -- Pacific Bay Homes? They were basically a unit of Ford Motor Co that built the entire community (designed by MVE Architects of Costa Mesa).
 
acpme: A fellow agent of mine lives in One Ford Road with her family. She'd be more than happy to give you some history about One Ford and as such is very familiar with the area.
