Hey everyone- does anyone (seller/agent) on here know of any off market homes in the Irvine or Tustin parts of Columbus Grove that would be available for sale in the next few months? My wife and I would be very interested in purchasing the home with a win-win solution. Really appreciate any help, thank you!
 
My wife and I have now pretty much narrowed down our neighborhood preferences to Columbus grove, west park, Woodbridge and Woodbury. If there is an off market 4BD plus loft home, we would be very interested. Appreciate any leads. We are pre approved and well qualified. Thank you!
 
All good hoods, what made you decide on those areas?

CG and Woodbury are newer, Westoark Ii is 90s (and MRs expired) and Woodbridge is the oldest (including Westpark I).

Why do you care if it's off market? I don't think things are so hot that you're going to get into a bidding war these days.
