OC Bubble

No way there is a bubble.  I just put zero down on a 1.5M home, interest only. My guy just said to refi later. Should be worth 3M by next week no sweat. Didn't even have to document my income.
 
I think PS is marketed for seclusion and privacy.. and the nice views.  Then you realize.. you'll have to pay top dollar for nice views.  Unless you like to look at your neighbors wall but you can do that in the rest of Irvine. 
 
seclusion and privacy are the positive words, or more commonly known as middle of nowhere

This is what happens when you combine absolutely crappy floorplans with tiny lots.  Taylor Morrision should really look at Toll Bros. for floorplan ideas.
