<u>Stepping Up</u> (no relation) is a program that puts tutors and computers in the homes of some of the underserved here in OC, and holds students accountable for raising/maintaining top-tier GPA. <u>CAP</u> (College Awareness Program) is an ancillary program that makes many of these students able to be the first in their families to attend and graduate from college. Both are run through OCCHC, at no cost to the participants.
