Congrats, a few of my fellow consultants got full-time jobs at banks this week. Maybe things are picking up after all?

Thanks USC, goodluck to your friends.
As for picking up, I got lucky with a well funded start-up out of Seattle, I am only the 5th employee and will have all of California to cover. But back to picking up, I still have a lot of friends that are out of work or underemployed with nothing on the horizon. I think we have another 18 to 24 months for it to get back to 7 percent unemployment. No, no hard numbers, just a gut feeling.
