Newsom signs SB760, a bill mandating at least one gender neutral restrooms in CA schools utilizing district property.

Wording of SB760:

Bill Text - SB-760 School facilities: all-gender restrooms.

The bill states that existing restrooms can be converted to the required gender neutral restrooms. Therefore, a school can have 1) a third set of restrooms specifically labeled as gender neutral or 2) some or all existing restrooms made available as gender neutral (with signs).

does that mean the gender neutral restrooms are not single stalled? So it’s a co-ed bathroom? I can foresee lots of issues with that already.
