Newer Irvine listings with crazy WTF asking prices from equity sellers

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Got it... So it's not something new, yet people are still paying $2M+ on motor court homes.

Now go back to the main topic, how about $3.75M for a motor court in the portola spring?

I thought $2.2 million was a bit pricey for a home that was bought for $1.2m only two years ago considering you would still have to fix the backyard and probably the bathroom too. Then I the neighboring home listed for $1.2m, so maybe not. I don’t care how many $5m homes are sold in newer neighborhoods, but I still can’t get over 60 year old fixer upper condos asking over a millionIMG_0765.jpegIMG_0766.jpeg

This or Cielo builder spec inventory of two available homesites with Spectrum views on Drumbeat?

This is a lot smaller than the Cielo homes, though. This one is similar to Olivewood in size, and that neither home has high ceiling.

Thoughts on this one? https://redf.in/8AMctQ

Video from the listing last year since photos are not uploaded yet for the new listing

Asking price is almost $2.5MM when it sold for $2.05MM in august. It’s not a flip from a renovation standpoint based on the pictures from the last listing in August, so is it a flip in terms of pure profit and seeing if anyone would bite?

Additionally, is this montecito plan 2 or 3? Floor plans looks nice with the conservatory and seems well done- atleast compared to the conservatory I saw at 37 fanpalm https://redf.in/SpVzVv
