Newer Irvine listings with crazy WTF asking prices from equity sellers

You can see a lot with many Chinese agents. Guess they can't afford to pay $500-800 for photography plus drone pictures. It'll cost the seller multiples on the sales price. I would be pissed if I were a seller to see those kind of pictures of my listing.

Is that the seller or agent taking the pics? I assumed it was the seller, since there are pics in there from Christmas! Another one looks like they're holding a banquet with tables set up with cheap plastic table coverings. And there are pics in there with a Kirkland trash box and a stepstool in the pic. And if it's the agent, well, the seller gets what they pay for.

$6,650,000?! For 4/4.5 3554 sq feet. My mouth literally gaped when I saw this. Yeah, I know, there's a view. But $1871/sq feet? Really? I'd be surprised if this house sells for anywhere near this number.
