Newer Irvine listings with crazy WTF asking prices from equity sellers

Considering all of the costs of upgrades. The time you put into the new house to make it a HOME. The cost of acquisition and moving. Not to mentioned the landscapings alone, would make me hink three times about selling. Then i realize just hold and keep it for the long run. Realtors are winning all the ways. Moving up just meant bigger property tax, maybe the same payment and maybe worse neighbors.

Not worth it for now. Jusr my .02 cents

That Deer Trak is such a waste of time.  If I had a listing appt and the seller insisting on listing at that kind of a WTF price I'd say thanks but no thanks.

And they are using the pictures from the former seller from the sell 5 years ago it looks like, what a professional job done!

I'm curious as to what cars are behind the red Ferrari. 

The SUV looks like it's Mercedes G-wagon, probably G63 AMG.  Not sure the one between the G63 and Ferrari 458.

Forget the realtor's "for sale" sign out front...just install a huge "ROB ME NOW PLEASE" banner.
 
Looks like an Audi - the "daily driver". I have to admit the "fancy cars" around this part of North Irvine is starting to get pretty ridiculous.

This one is actually done really nicely, both inside and out - but $1.7M....

Sneaky photos.  Makes it looks like the home has 4 tvs in the kitchen with a dining table that seats 16.

Ya and 14ft ceilings.  Now that's the great room I want.
