Funny, I was up there for a pool party this past weekend but didn't see this post in time. Some of my son's teammates live on the hillside in PV.

The views are insanely good, so you can understand why people would be willing to risk living there.

After 2 counters, the buyer and seller were able to come to terms and the offer package has been sent to escrow today.
