Earlier this month a fellow South Carolina Keller Williams agent reached out to me asking if could help sell her long-time client's home in Lake Forest. I connected with the seller and they wanted to put their home on the within 10 days as soon as they moved out so we did some minor repairs, staging and cleaning quickly and were able to list it last week on Wednesday on MLS.
