Got word from escrow that buyer funds are in and the loan was funded so we are set to close and record this afternoon.  The purchase price of the home is $1,000,000 and the first Las Ventanas homes to hit the $1m mark.  I also represented the buyer on this transaction.  Congrats both to the buyer and the seller.

I don't charge remotely close to 6% commission.  Besides, the buyer got a MAX rebate for closing costs just like all of my buyers do.
