New Listing - Golf Course View Lot Home in Coto de Caza (12 Mackenzie Ln)

Got word from escrow that we officially closed earlier this morning.  The sales price was $1,765,880 (the goal for the seller was at least $1.75m hence why we listed it right around $1.8m).  Congrats to both the buyer and seller.
 
Martin - am I reading this right that it closed below listing? Is that your only listing in recent memory that closed as such? A close is a close, but surprising given the strength of the local market.

Yeah, we priced the listing aggressively at $1.8m with room to negotiate down.  The goal was to get at least $1.75m which was a very recent closed comp so the Seller was very happy with getting about $16k more.
