I listed a beautiful Clarendon Plan 2 townhome in the Tustin side of Columbus Grove on MLS earlier this morning. It has only 1 common wall and features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with 1,748sf of living space. The listing price is $750,000.  I got this listing due to the high price that I got on Bonsai Way last month.

The seller is very clean.  ;)  There is a reason why I use a professional photographer, no cell phone can take those kind of pictures.

Another offer came in earlier today.  Guess someone forgot to mention to the 2 buyers that there's a slowdown.  ;)

Then why would builders drop the price of homes? For marketing purposes or for fun?
 
When the normal price is suppose to be 1.5 million, but New Homes Co. priced the product at 1.8 million, you can lower it by 200,000 and it's still all good.
This happened with those Marywood houses in Orange.
