new listing - 21 Seedling , Irvine, Ca-92618 SFR under 2M

Why did the last contract go south? I cannot believe there is an Irvine SFH listed for more than 60 days without being sold.
 
I can see why this house been sitting on the market for so long.
- Double whammy street noises from the toll road and Portola blvd.
- Street goes directly into the house which is a big NO for some people ( Feng Shui).
