Apologies for the double post - I think the first was under the general real estate forum but I specifically wanted thoughts from the Irvine Real Estate forum, since the landfill in question is in Irvine.
Is anyone concerned about the application to approve food waste and manure? I'm afraid that the smell might become unbearable and potentially impact living quality standards as well as home values.
Is this a legitimate fear or a knee jerk overreaction? Maybe I'm not understanding this application. I'm hoping someone hear can enlighten me or assuage my fears.
