A live auction will be held at the Irvine Spectrum on Sept. 12th to buy one of these McMc Mansions. Too bad hardly anyone in Irvine has a big enough backyard for one.

I found the info on the OC Register's Irvine Homes Blog.

It seems that these miniature houses would be bk approved. They are so cute, I wish we had the time to go see them this weekend.

I know, the craftsmanship on these houses are better than all the new homes built today. The little girl in me is dieing to bid on one. Proceeds go to benefit the homeless, though. Wouldn't want to encourage helping those folks [snark]

Here's the America Del Mar Playhouse.

Gosh, these are cute. Thanks, McD for posting the pics. Why can't they build anything this cute in Irvine?! You don't see any stucco box play mcmansions in the raffle now, do you? LOL

We just got back from viewing the houses. The details put into these playhouses are amazing. My daughter, son and I thoroughly enjoyed them and purchased many raffle tickets to try to win one. Don't know where I'd put it if we won but i was caught up in the moment. There are many free goodies to be had including food from Rubios. You get free rides on the carousel and big wheel if you donate to the organization.
