Hello Folks.
We are new in Irvine, looking for a new house under 700K, 3 bed, codo.

Any advice on location and communities would be appreciated.

We saw Great park this weekend, it has some amazing homes, but we cant afford those luxury homes :)
 
are you dead set on new?  what are must haves? backyard? low taxes?  amenities?  walking to elementary school?

you already know about luna and jade court which probably are the closest to what you want.  i would personally take that last plan 2 luna over jade court

if new isnt a must have, you have a lot of choices.
