New home credits?

Has anyone able to get credits for upgrades on any of these new homes or is that just out of the question?  If so how much were you able to get and how did you get it?
 
I've been able to negotiate some decent sized credits for a few new home buyer clients.  Not all the builders are willing to negotiate, it varies from development to development.  Builders will be more willing to wheel and deal on standing inventory (a new home that has been constructed and can close in 30 days). 
 
Different time but I was able to negotiate 15K at San Marino and 30K at Augusta.  Both were standing inventory so the credit was mainly to drive down loan costs and cover closing costs.  I have heard of folks getting basic landscaping done on standing inventory as well.
