N. Korea has "declared" war on the south

This is totally random, but what's up with his haircut? It's shaved almost completely bald like an inch or more above the ears. He looks like a Q-tip. I don't think I've seen this on anyone else.

It's called a "fade"... his barber just isn't very good at it... more like a "failde".
