I wish the PC crowd would stop being so niggardly in their use of appropriate english language. Their basic position is you are responsible if people are too stupid and uneducated and get offended.

Actually, that sounds like a pretty good premise for schlocky B movie short film. Can you see it now?

Zombies wandering around among the brown lawns calling out "Loans, loans!" instead of "brains, brains!"

The zombies catch a nice, unsuspecting person (realtor putting a for sale sign up?) and devour them

Then the psychic vampires come in, dressed all cool like Blade, ready to save the day ... :)

The psychic vampires battle their way to a many headed super SIV monster with 1000 arms. The monster is the cause of the curse - it captures passers by with it's arms and raises them to it's mouth and sucks all money and hope out of each, to turn them into "loans, loans" zombies. The psyshic vampires have to cut off all the heads to kill the monster.

Somehow (not sure here, some hat trick as usual) they find a way to cut off all the heads. The curse is lifted, everyone ceases to be a zombie and the lawns turn green again.

...

Unfortunately, though, Hollywood endings are for movies, not for real life :(

Frito-Lay is embarking on an ambitious plan to change the way this factory operates, and in the process, create a new type of snack: the environmentally benign chip.

Its goal is to take the Casa Grande plant off the power grid, or nearly so, and run it almost entirely on renewable fuels and recycled water. Net zero, as the concept is called, has the backing of the highest levels of corporate executives at PepsiCo, the parent company of Frito-Lay.

Smith remains the most common surname in the United States, according to a new analysis released yesterday by the Census Bureau. But for the first time, two Hispanic surnames — Garcia and Rodriguez — are among the top 10 most common in the nation, and Martinez nearly edged out Wilson for 10th place.
 
Love the "heat Map". It's exactly the same format that comes up when I click on explorer, with the hub's weather map. I found it for Brevard County. Thanks a bunch.

Some properties in a new subdivision are for sale for what I think is a whole lot less than the people bought for, but I didn't keep tract of every single house, so don't know for sure.

The asking price for the equivalent of my house and land is still 'way, 'way over what we paid for it. Don't know what the actual price is. Will look more closely at that site.
